Holroyd High School would like to congratulate Andy Luong of Year 12 for achieving an excellent ATAR result. Andy received an ATAR of 99.25 and performed very well across all of his subjects. Andy has worked very hard all year and should be congratulated on his fantastic results!
All of the staff at Holroyd are very proud of Andy and wish him all the best for the next step of what is sure to be a very successful journey. Upon hearing his results Andy expressed his appreciation of the school, passing on his thanks with the following message: "A big thank you to the teachers at Holroyd that guided me to this point!". Congratulations again Andy, you have made our school community very proud!
Andy intends studying engineering at the University of NSW in 2013. He has received a UNSW academic achievement award and a $4000 scholarship.
We would also like to congratulate all of our students for achieving excellent ATAR results. In particular we would like to give special mention to Nirukshan Shanmugam (ATAR of 95.5) and Mohammad Haddad (ATAR of 90.7) on their wonderful results.
